I would give your store zero if I could. I was at this store at 8:30 am, a single woman, needing windshield wiper blades (I now Advance will put them on the car, as well). There were THREE male employees there and NONE came to ask me if I needed any help. They were talking about...NASCAR or something. I left. I will spend my money elsewhere.Funny, the "code" I am supposed to type in to verify my identity is " i gnrus"."I ignore us"????? Feedback: Actually waited on me. You have ZERO customer service. Would you have waited on me if I had been male?

Decent place to get parts but WATCH OUT FOR LIFETIME WARRANTY! Keep your receipt. The sales rep will ring items up with your phone number and tell you that if you have a problem they can look you're purchase back up easily anytime and honor the lifetime warranty. This is a lie purchase records are deleted after a while and then they can't look up your purchase and will not warranty the part without a receipt!

I recently had my knee replaced and on my first attempt at driving since the operation 2 weeks ago, I found that my tire was going flat. I was across the street at the Rehab Center and drove across the street to the Advance Store to purchase a can of Fix-A-Flat. Got to the register and told the clerk that I needed some help getting the air in the tire since I couldn't kneel because of the operation. He said he would take care of it even though he wasn't really supposed to. Completed the sale and went outside to wait on him while he was installing a battery in a customer's car. He finished, pushed the battery cart back inside without looking up, turned around and came back to me and flatly told me he couldn't help and sent me on my way, limping out of the store lot on an almost flat tire. If this is how the store treats its customers with a special need, it speaks volumes about their work ethic. I'm a long time Boone resident and I will be taking my future business elsewhere. Who needs this kind of treatment?
